These Provider Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the NestHappy website, mobile applications and related services (collectively referred to as the Platform).
By creating a provider account, completing onboarding, accepting bookings or providing services through the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not register as a provider.
NestHappy is an online marketplace that connects customers with independent self-employed service providers.
NestHappy facilitates:

You remain an independent self-employed business responsible for delivering your own services.
All providers using the Platform operate as independent contractors.

Providers should honour all accepted bookings.
If attendance becomes impossible due to illness, emergency or unforeseen circumstances, providers should:

Providers should arrive within the agreed booking window.
Unexpected delays should be communicated immediately.
Professional communication helps maintain customer confidence.

Harassment, discrimination or offensive language will not be tolerated.

Providers have the right to refuse work where they believe the environment is unsafe.

Providers remain responsible for:

Where mandatory documentation expires, NestHappy may automatically suspend the affected service category until updated documents have been approved.

Badges remain the property of NestHappy and may be added or removed at any time.
Where supporting documentation expires or is withdrawn, the relevant badge may be removed automatically.
Providers must act honestly and professionally at all times.
Fraudulent activity includes, but is not limited to:
NestHappy reserves the right to suspend accounts immediately while investigating suspected fraud.
Serious fraud may be reported to the relevant authorities.
Providers may receive confidential customer information including:

Providers agree to comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018 where applicable.

NestHappy provides an online marketplace connecting customers with independent self-employed providers.
Except where required by law, NestHappy shall not be liable for:
Nothing within these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under the laws of England and Wales.
Neither NestHappy nor the provider shall be liable for failure to perform obligations where such failure results from events beyond reasonable control.
