This is required between NestHappy (Controller) and service providers where applicable.

This Data Processing Agreement forms part of the Terms & Conditions between:

NestHappy Ltd ("Controller") and Service Provider ("Independent Contractor")

1. Purpose

The Provider may receive limited personal data of customers strictly for the purpose of delivering booked services.

2. Data Types

May include:

  • Customer name
  • Property address
  • Contact number
  • Booking details

3. Provider Obligations

Provider agrees to:

  • Use data only for booked services
  • Not retain data beyond necessity
  • Not share data with third parties
  • Maintain confidentiality
  • Secure devices used to access data
  • Report any data breach within 24 hours

4. Data Deletion

Provider must delete personal data after service completion unless legally required to retain it.

5. Liability

Provider is independently liable for any misuse of personal data outside platform scope.
